JOMOproperty started after I missed out on buying the apartment I had rented for four years.It was going to auction, and despite advice along the way, I didn’t have a clear sense of what the property was actually worth. In the end, I lost out to another FHB — and realised just how difficult it is for buyers to make confident decisions with limited, inconsistent value signals.I started tracking properties and outcomes myself, building a clearer picture of how apartment values actually behave.Over time, that system turned into the foundation for JOMOproperty.My goal is simple — build a tool that feels useful, credible, and genuinely buyer-first.— Hayden
